Oneness Blessing and Mediation With Lori Zatz
Lori Zatz 267-456-0028
The Oneness Blessing is a non-denominational sharing of spiritual energy from one person to another. It awakens in us a deeper sense of connection with the Oneness of everything allowing us to deepen our relationships with others as well as ourselves. Although experiences differ from person to person, it often brings a quieting of the mind and an opening of the heart. The Blessing is not tied to any particular religion, belief or spiritual path. It simply enhances your own special connection with the Sacred in whatever way is most meaningful to you.

In this one day immersion into traditional Ayurvedic Thai Yoga workshop we will take time to deepen our knowledge of Ayurvedic science and consultation, teaching unique ways of finding out your Ayurvedic 'dosha' (body type) and then find the precise and perfect postures and marma points to stimulate to bring your 'dosha' back into balance. This form of Aurvedic Thai massage is a dynamic therapy for physical well being and spiritual energy. Rebirthing is learning a relationship with your breath and the power of the breath as a function of the body. Rebirthing, which is circular breathing, last for approximately an hour and relieves the negative charge in cell memory. Rebirthing sessions with a practitioner aim to facilitate positive change through working with the breath and taking responsibility for thoughts, feelings and actions. The sessions will help to identify birth trauma, family patterns, inherited attitudes and specific negative thoughts. Rebirthers aim to support clients in using the breath to ground themselves safely in their body during emotional, physical releases and spiritual insights. Rebirthing connects us to ourselves and gives an experience of present time. We can observe and make conscious choices from a clearer perspective and feeling of well being.
